I have done Bhcg test and result is 531.3mlU/mi am i pregnant? Or i should do some other test to be sure

Yes you are definitely pregnant.. But this value is a little low..it has to be correlated on day of cycle .. Repeat it after 48 hours to see how much is the rise. Consult your gynaecologist for further management
