My was not got her date ,18 days completed from regular period time,what is the procedure to check pregnancy confirmation...is strip test at home is accurate?

You can do a urine pregnancy test with kit at home.. if u get two lines its positive..most kits have high sensitivity and are accurate..once you get a positive result consult back for further medications, precautions , diet and restrictions in pregnancy..
