Need suggition on folicular study report

We have trying for baby since 7 months....till now not convinced.today I went for a follicular study. Today is my 12 day. The report says (rt DF-MSF) & ( Lt DF-6*6mm). Is it normal to conceive? Note:last month folicular study results on 12 day (rt DF-10*10) & ( Lt DF-12*12mm) but not conceive.

For ovulation to happen the follicular size should grow up to 18-20 mm. Looks like your follicles are not growing. You need ovarian stimulation for follicular growth.
