Need suggetion On TB

My self Vishal Weakness, loss of appitite and mild chest Pain from 2-3 weak On 27 Dec 21 Sputam test for TB  :- positive On 28 Dec 21 sputam test for TB :- Negative On 29Dec 21 trunaat  :- Negative On 30 Dec 21 CB NAAT :- Negative X ray is Normal as per local Doctor symtoms of weakness reduced but mild Chest Pain is there Blood report Dated 27 Dec 21 is normal except ESR  :- 26 Lymphocytes - 43 Colestrol -216 Xray is attached I am confused as my later test is Negative but test on 27 Dec 21 is positive. So  I am TB positive and should I start medicine or not

Need details of history and comorbidities if any,if symptomatic have to repeat the sputum tests or have to get bronchial washings if needed for further evaluation and management

Pl do early morning Sputum for Afb and sputum for cb natt test. Revert back with reports. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
