My body is always warm but when I measured my temperature is always between 96 to 98 f. Please advise is it normal

Ma'am for fever in medical terminology it's more than 100.4° F ,so ma'am kindly check morning and evening temperature ,if you have febrile illness,difference between the two will be more than 1 degree .that way you can tell
