Need suggestion on thyronorm dose

I have thyroid since 2016 when last time I checked i  guess in nov 2019 TSH was in normla range but yesterday I tested my thyroid and it came 19.8 which I feel too high,right now m taking 100mcg thyronorm want to know whether in should increase my dose or decrease

TSH is very high need to increase the dose of Thyronorm. Consult an Endocrinologist to adjust the dosage
