Neb Duolin is a tablet?or injection? 2. if we use this 4 times in a day before spinal card surgery, is there any issues?

Duolin is a liquid medicine,used for nebulizer therapy,usually in asthma patient. If required,it can be repeated every 30 mins too,so 4 timescale day is no issue.
