My self Vijay and my wife is 9th month pregnant and she suffered from vomiting and motions and not feeling hungry from may 20th 2018.we have taken her to the corporate hospital and they told that those are normal symptoms during pregnancy and gave pan d tablets and pan UI injection for the symptoms which we told and for the abdominal pains they gave calpal tablet and after she suffered from delivery pains they diagnosed the jaundice and they told as risk to mom and baby.they adviced another multi speciality and we went to the hospital .there my wife died due to the jaundice.they diagnosed as accute fatty liver of pregnancy.now I need suggestion from any doctor why they could not find the disease in the early stages.if the doctor found it early my wife could have been saved and she is with me now.next week there was a meeting with the hospital where my wife was not diagnosed.how can I prove that they didn't noticed the disease
