Need solution for Hair loss and Thyroid

My symptoms are- 1.Hair loss and very thin hair 2.Dry skin 3.Some time acidity problem 4.Laziness I am taking 12.5 mg Thyronorm tablet every alternate day. I need to work in night shift for full week once in a three weeks. please find attached my thyroid(TSH-6.46,T3-80,T4-5.2)and vit-D(22),B-12(305) tests report,sugar test(HBA1C and average blood glucose)-normal,cholesterol all test normal,Kidney and iron test normal,Liver all test normal except total bilrubin total-1.5 mg/dl. Please advice.

Boost thyroxine dose as you are still showing symptoms of Hypothyroidism. Take a good Vit D supplement
