There are numerous hospitals in India where you can get Sinus surgery done. Government teaching hospitals generally are cheapest but may have a longer wait time. Trust/ Charitable teaching hospitals (like ours) are next cheap and have shorter wait times,  Nursing home are next,  Private corporate hospitals  have higher fees but least wait times. So it is upto you to decide how much is your ability and waiting capacity.
