I need e-prescription to order medicines on practo. I have placed order of Gemer 2mg and Prolomet Am 50 mg for my mother. She has been taking these tablets from past 5 years. It was recommend by Dr. Mahabalshetty  Diabetes specialist from Dharwad. Kindly give me online prescription to continue ordering medicines on practo.
