My mother was covid + ve since 6 days but she has symptoms from 3 days before the report gets + ve.she is using covid medications now. Tab. Azithromycin 650 mg Tab. Ivermectin 12 mg Tab calcium Tab. Calcitriol 60000 Tab. Zincowit Tab . Vitamin C Tab multivitamin (Supradyen) Tab. levocetirizine montelukast.. Tab.doxy 100mg 5days We started this course since 5 days and Azithromycin from 2 days. She is diabetic and today her pluse oxy is Before walk Oxy 97/103 pulse After walk for 3 mins Oxy 94/113 Once again we check Oxy 93/98 Sugar before breakfast 166 After breakfast  240 Here the main question is... Is she use favipiravir 400 mg tab...course??? Pls suggest the best...🙏🙏

If more than than 7 days fever with worsening fever or cough ... better to start on steroids but should keep monitoring blood sugar levels
