Hello sir,          Hope you stay safe. Have you checked your diabetic levels recently sir? If not please do check sir. When your diabetic levels go out of range at times there will be an increase in infections and let me know whether it is a swelling or an ulcer so that there will be a clearer view. Do you have any pain at nearby tooth?
Next Steps
please do check your blood sugar and then share a picture of the sore you mention
Health Tips
Regular monitoring of your diabetic levels and proper maintenance of your diet and activities will not cause any of the oral and other bodily issues.
