Need help with CBC Report

I have been having anemia symtoms 9 months back. 6 months earlier I was diagnosed with low haemoglobin and symtoms were gone. I just got a CBC report today. haemogloblin level is still less than minimum but better. However there are some other things that I need help with

Hello Did u find out the cause of anemia ? That needs to be taken care of . Any Malabsorption? Do you have any pain abdomen? Any Acidity? Please answer the question to proceed
