Need help understanding CBC Report

Can you help me understand what this report means? I had fasted for just 9 hours (including 7 hours of sleep) for this. Would that affect the report in any manner?

No relationship to fasting. TLC slightly high. Usually seen in infection. Need clinical correlation by a physician
