Please Read Full, I am 24 year Male From India, I Had my First Injury in June 2013 which caused atrophy of the whole right side from head to toe which was due to femoral nerve damage and also got two mini bulging disc due to that injury. Somehow I was managing everything. Then in April 2020 I had an injury to my Throat due to which I had almost complete voice loss after changing several ENT doctor, One Ent doctor prescribed Speech therapy due to which now I Can Talk in normal voice but Can't shout or talk in loud places, Diagnosed with Muscle tension dysphonia and then in November 2020, I had an injury to stomach due to which i had pain, ultrasound done mild hydronephrosis, pain continued for months Ct urography in may 2021 revealed everything fine, there was no hydronephrosis there at that time, doctor said ignore the pain, i still have pain at the Back which i had during hydronephrosis and during ct urography, I also have erectile dysfunction since injury to leg in 2013.Please Guide.
