Need help in gastroenterology

Last year i have gone under endoscopy without sedation and i got a result that i have esophagitis but in this year i had the same test done with sedation and my results are normal in last year they didn't gave me sedation so i was moving and shouting are the results were abnormal because i kept on moving in first test if not why is there a difference? please help me
