Hello. The ulcerative lesion in your mouth is likely to be cancerous. The stage depends on the size of the lesion and the extent of involvement of neck lymph nodes. Treatment most often consists of surgery followed by radiation +/- chemotherapy depending on the histopathology report. Recovery rates are better with early treatment.
