Dear Doctor, My mother is 59 year old with comorbodities like diabetes from last 10 years and is also undergoing treatemenr for diabetic retinopathy. We have applied for covid vaccination for this Friday and need a consultation to get the certificate on comorbodities based on existing medication for her. Please respond if someone is available for such consultation tomorrow and for discussing any guideline related to medication pre/post vaccination.
