Need Fit to Fly Certificate

My wife has been consulting obstetrician at Ramakrishna Mutt, Lower Tankbund. Now she is scheduled to travel on 18th June and we need for Fit to Fly Certificate to comply with Spicejet Air journey. Can someone please help me in getting the same.
