My age is 47 and wife's age 41. Few years we have not sexual intercouse . At this age it possible have a child.

Hi.. In this age there can be lot of complication but If you are healthy & your wife is having regular menses than as early as possible you should consult Ayurvedic physician and should do Panchkarma as require & medecines and then you should go ahead for healtier baby.
