Yesterday While doing intercourse with my fiance the condome broke inside my vagina. I don't want to get pregnant before marriage. The condome broke when we are doing intercourse for the 3rd time, so not much sperm produced then. What should I do now? I have hypothyroidism and slight PCOD. My CA-125 report was once 37 but now it's 28. My age is 22.

If you were in fertile period that then take an emergency contraception pill ..however if not thenno need to be worried. Also if you are on certain pcos medications which are also contraceptives then no need to take ny further pill
