Need a medical consultation

2025-10-14 12:59:21
Over the past 2 months, I’ve been experiencing a range of physical and emotional symptoms that have made daily life very uncomfortable and stressful. My main symptoms include: A persistent sense of fear or uneasiness, even when there’s no clear reason. Headache and a feeling of numbness or heaviness on the right side of my head. Fatigue and weakness, especially noticeable on the right side of my body. Palpitations (fast or pounding heartbeat), which happen mostly at night but sometimes during the day. Periods of mental tension and restlessness that make it difficult to relax or focus. I have consulted several doctors — including a physician, neurologist, ENT specialist, and ophthalmologist. I’ve undergone ECG, CT scan, blood tests, and Vitamin D3 tests. All results were normal except for very low Vitamin D3 levels. I’m currently taking Pores D3 as prescribed. Two different doctors prescribed medication for my anxiety: Nexito Plus and Dedep plus.I haven’t seen major changes.

I can imagine how exhausting this must feel, especially after trying so many tests and opinions. The good news is that your major reports are clear — that already rules out a lot of serious causes. Low Vitamin D and anxiety can together create most of the symptoms you described: fatigue, palpitations, even that heaviness on one side. These things do improve, but it can take a few weeks of consistent care — proper sleep, sunlight, mild movement, and following up with your doctor about the anxiety medicines. Sometimes the first prescription just needs a little adjustment. You’re not missing anything big here. It’s more about giving your body and mind some time to settle. You’ll get through this.

Your symptoms — including fatigue, right-sided weakness, headaches, restlessness, and palpitations — seem to be related to stress and anxiety, possibly aggravated by prolonged sitting, work posture, and muscle tension (especially in the neck and shoulder region). It’s good that your major investigations are normal. From a physiotherapy perspective, the focus should be on relaxation, posture correction, and gentle physical activation, as anxiety often causes muscle tightness and reduced oxygen flow to muscles, leading to weakness or heaviness on one side. Recommendations: 1. Regular exercise: Start with 20–30 mins of light physical activity (walking, stretching, yoga, or breathing exercises). 2. Neck and shoulder relaxation: Do gentle range-of-motion and stretching exercises to release muscle tension. 3. Posture care: Keep your work ergonomics correct — monitor at eye level, shoulders relaxed, back supported. 4. Deep breathing & relaxation: Practice slow diaphragmatic breathing or guided meditation to calm the nervous system. 5. Sleep & hydration: Maintain consistent sleep and stay hydrated. Physiotherapy sessions including relaxation therapy, stretching, myofascial release, or dry needling can also help relieve the physical tension contributing to your symptoms. Continue your medical treatment for anxiety as prescribed — physiotherapy will complement it and improve your overall well-being.

Your symptoms seem related to stress and anxiety, which can often cause body sensations like heaviness, tension, fatigue, and palpitations. Since your medical reports are normal, focusing on mind–body relaxation can really help along with your ongoing treatment.
Next Steps
Practice deep breathing: Inhale through your nose for 4 sec, hold 2 sec, exhale slowly for 6 sec. Do 10 rounds twice a day. Add gentle stretching or yoga for 15–20 minutes daily to relax tight muscles and improve circulation. Progressive muscle relaxation: Tense and relax each body part slowly from head to toe. Posture & movement: Avoid long sitting; take short walks or light exercises to boost endorphins and reduce anxiety.
Health Tips
Keep your routine regular — sleep, meals, and light activity at fixed times. Stay hydrated and maintain Vitamin D3 as advised. Engage in activities you enjoy — it helps your nervous system calm down. If symptoms persist, continue psychological or psychiatric follow-up — improvement can take some time.
