Need a Medical Certificate

Hello Doctor, I got a job but before join I need to submit Medical Certificate, I have done blood tests like BT, CT, Hemoglobin, Blood group. Is it possible to get a Medical Certificate along with BP check by end of the day 12 Oct 2019. It will be really helpful for me. Thanks in advance.
