My cervical x ray is normal. I have stiffness in my neck. I dont have neck pain. But having headache when my neck is stiff. I m doing exercise its improving but its been 6 months now it got well upto 60%. Is there any good medicine for strong nerves. I m 38 yrs male.

Neck pain and headache don't come without a cause. There should be definitely a reason. Once the cause is found, then only a proper treatment can be given. Please consult a Neurospine specialist.
