I was standing and i shouted in the highest pitch with grudge face an suddenly i felt pain running from my neck to my left shoulder. I am not sure whether it is a neck sprain or strain or muscle pull or cramp. This happened 11 hours back. I had applied relispray at the very moment. The pain is a bit subdued now. I would like to know what home remedies should i do. Should i use cold therapy (ice pack) or heat therapy (heat pads)?
