Neck Spasm causing Headache

I have neck spasm since last 2 days... Earlier left side movement was difficult but now i can turn to some extent... Thia has happened after I sent like 15 hrs at my office desk for last 2 weeks... Pain is also extending upto upper back and causing headache. Pl suggest which doctor to be consulated.
