Neck ,Should and Tricep Pain

Due to some gym Shoulder exercise i'm facing pain on Neck ,Should and Tricep Pain last 2-3 Weeks. when i start facing pain i stop exercise.

Next Steps
rest ,break from gym,
Health Tips
do weight lifting with back, elbow and wrist support,  take ice pack whenever you have immediate ache while doing exercises.do warm up and stretching b4 weight lifting.
