Neck problem with popping sound

My neck have popping sound most in my right side at the point of base of skull , when i move my head upward i face muscle sound of my neck from back side And facing balancing problem ,dizziness , vertigo , numbness and vibration type in both hands and weakness in muscles but i don't have pain anywhere So what can i do for this?
