Hello sir Am healthy just today from 4am to 7am I changed my sleeping position there is no space where I have sleeped .. hence my neck sevear pain started in left side pls advice any pain killer for fast relief .. can I take combiflam or pls tell others thanks And I sleep without pillow My age 30
