Intervertebral space has increased which is causing extreme pain in the neck, shoulders & lower back.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I think you should get it checked out by a orthopaedic and spine surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will examine you, and run some tests and then suggest you further.
