Recently got to knowy fasting glucose level is 146. Please suggest me if it can cure with home remedies or with some precautions!

HI Fasting level 146 suggests overt diabetes and definitley not pre-diabetes. Levels between 100 and 126 is indicative of pre-diabetes. My suggestion is to get another fasting level as well as a test called HBA1c done to rule out diabetes.
