Navel fluid leaking

My baby is 2 months old. Since umbilical cord falls off..the yellowish fluid is leaking from his navel. We applied neosprin powder and mupirocin ointment, but it didnt work. So we visted pedtrician yesterday he applied silver nitrate on navel. But fluid is leaking today also. Attaching image. Please advise

This is umbilical granuloma treatment with silver nitrate is adequate most of the time. It will take 2-3 visits. Look for danger signs. Baby is not feeding or decreasing urine output excessive sleep then emergency Pediatric consultation requires
