Position of navel on the abdominal is influenced by increase in abdominal content,either fat, or fluid.I suppose your description of naval displacement means the navel is displaced down .Do youvhave any accompanying symptoms?I suggest you undergo an abdominal examination by a doctor to find relevant answers.
