I am having pregnancy like symptoms but I am not pregnant, what else could it be?

Confirm for pregnancy either by urine or blood.Blood test is more reliable and accurate.Result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding under supervision of gynaecologist and wait for period.
