Severe nausea with watery vomit with bitter taste.Very discomfort in stomoc with pain now & then.Can I take perinorm talet?

At this age cause of your symptoms need to get evaulated in concordance with clinical findings. Tablet can be taken to prevent/suppress vomiting sensation but that might not be sufficient in this scenario.
