Nausea, lower back pains

I bled for two days then had a day of brown discharge. Now I have nausea, headaches, cramps, lower back pain. I've done pregnancy tests but all negative.

Did u take an ipill,was this period a delayed one ,if yes did u do a pregnancy test,based on the above answers we can give you a suitable Reply.
