Nausea, heavy chest

It started on 30 Aug and till around 10-11th September, I am constantly felt nauseating. Then it stopped. On 26th  September, I ate chicken lasagne and French fries and since then, I feel nauseated. On top of that I'm feeling that my nipples are leaking and a heavy chest for past 2-3 days. My Hb fell from 13.5 to 10.9.
