Sometimes nausea in early morning, chest burning, sometimes fatigue, and stomach fullness feeling . No temperature but feeling feverish.

This is due gastritis....since you don't have loss of weight and appetite nothing much to wry...with medication it wil come down...avoid oily and masala food , avoid non vegetarian food...drink plenty of fluids and take high fibre diet
