I am a 33 year old female in good health. My embarrassing problem is that I cannot go out during the day time as I get headache, exhaustion, nausea and sometimes vomiting due to sun exposure. This happens if e.g. I go to the market or drive during the day (thankfully I manage driving to work before 9 and back after 5). Picnics etc are impossible for me. I have tried wearing glares, covering my head etc. I drink lots of water too. Can it be some allergy to the sun?
