Nausea after period, sign of pregnancy?

I had a late period of 3 days, and just after, I got a headache, fever, and now I am filling like nausea, vomiting, is it a sign of pregnancy?

Consult Now
immediately after periods a pregnancy is just not possible ,do an ultrasound of whole abdomen and also tests to rule out jaundice
