Mistakingly nasoclear drops got inside my 4 months baby's eyes when I was putting it in her nose. Is it harmful?

Not really maybe for sometime it may sting a bit and child may be irritated but that too doesnt happen to all children as the medicine is saline water and not any medicines. Don't worry
