Please suggest syrup or something that can eradicate sticky mucus in nasal passage? Completely fed up dealing with it daily, i suffer from allergies and particularly dry air.

1. Fluticasone furoate Nasal Spray 2 puffs twice a day during change of seasons for 10 days then taper to once a day for next 5 days 2. Mucinac 600mg 1 tab in 1/2 glass water twice daily for 7 days Also start practising Jal neti ( only with isotonic/hypotonic saline water) daily along with Breathing exercises( alternate nostril breathing and brahmari pranayama) This should treat your problem. If not please consult through Practo.
