Actually I have sinusitis from very young age but from 2 to 3 months I started allegra m and nasivon nasal spray and it made my sinus infection more worse started feeling dizziness middle chest congestion and side effects enxiety confusion and like I started nasal dry rubbery like congestion all the time and made my allergies most worse like whenever I hv meal I started feeling dry congestion in my nose

This is more of allergic rhinitis picture than sinusitis. Xray PNS shows very minimal sinusitis. Stop using nasivion
