Nasal blockage and headache

I'm 37 weeks pregnant.. and test covid positive 17 days before with mild symptoms and was isolated at home.. I have take azethromicin for 3 days(7thday to 9thday).. from yesterday(ie 17thday) I'm having nasal blockage and its get shifted from left to right and right to left nasal and followed by headache on side of nose blockage and pain on eyebrows.. and I usually has this nasal blockage during night along my pregnancy.. is this normal or anything has to be done??

If the congestion is bothering you, you can take Montair LC or steam inhalation. Otherwise it's fine, keep looking for any other signs or symptoms.

Keep a check on your inner mucosa of nose and mouth. Maintain proper hygiene Let me know if you are diabetic or if you have taken steroids during your fever.
