Small cut on foot fingers please advise the proper treatment how to cure the finger cut .please advise whom to consul

The treatment of the cut on the toes depends on how deep the cut is, also whether the tendons are affected or not.
Next Steps
if u r able to move ur toes then there is no cut over ur tendons. consult a emergency physician or orthopedician. if there's tendon cut, then consult a plastic surgeon or an experience orthopedician can do the temdon repair.
