Myopia or Lazy eye

My son got his eye tested yesterday, For Right eye UCVA 6/9, BCVA 6/9, for Lefe eye UCVA 6/12, BCVA 6/9, Sclera normal in both eyes, cornea normal size, shape, surface in both eyes. Anterior chamber, pupil, iris, lens are within mormal limits in both eyes. What kind of problem does he have? Best treatment option? Will it get deteriorated over time?

Please use glassess regularly.  Get bi anual eye examination by local paediatric ophthalmologist

No It will get improvement if he wears glasses regularly and do exercise Please consult pediatric ophthamologist
