My ear is itching some time,when i insert but for cleanig,little yellowish fluid comes out fro my ear,which drop should i have to use?

Fund an ENT Surgeon locally to examine you and do the needful. Ear drops are not the solution to these issues! Let the doctor decide on the line of treatment.
