Hi, to lose weight you need to follow a healthy low calorie diet plan and exercise routine regularly. Make sure you have salads with your meals. Have 2to 3 fruits daily. Include a small fistful of Nuts. Drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily. 10 to 12 glasses of water. Avoid deep fried fatty foods, sweets, namkeens. Do not be depressed. When you are physically active your body will release feel good hormones as well.
