Do not depend and believe on watches completely.
If while walking for 15min or taking two flight of stairs you have palpitations and breathlessness then you should consider a cardiology evaluation.
If ECG and ECHo comes out to normal then Practice regular activity at least 30 min a day.
Move around for 10-15 minutes after sitting for more than 2 hrs at a stretch.
